Salary Scale

Associate 1 RM5000 per month Year 1 of PQE
Associate 2 RM5500 per month Year 2 of PQE
Associate 3 RM6000 per month Year 3 of PQE
Senior Associate 1 RM7500 per month Year 4 of PQE
Senior Associate 2 RM8500 per month Year 5 of PQE
Senior Associate 3 RM9500 per month Year 6 of PQE
Senior Associate 4 RM10500 per month Year 7 of PQE

Typical Remuneration Packages per annum


ENTRY-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (Year 1 of Post Qualification Experience)
Remuneration Package (terms and conditions apply) includes:

  • Basic Annual Salary of RM60,000, plus employer EPF & SOCSO contributions;
  • Benefits:
    • Medical.
    • Cell-phone Allowance: RM1200 p.a.
    • Parking Rebate: RM 5760 p.a.
    • Training and CPD Allowance: RM2000 p.a.
    • Interest-free Study Loan of RM5,000 p.a.
    • ICT tools: Use of firm laptop computer.
    • Performance bonuses every 10 weeks. (eligible after the completion of 1 year at the firm)

SENIOR ASSOCIATE 1 (Year 4 of Post Qualification Experience)
Remuneration Package (terms and conditions apply) includes:

  • Basic Annual Salary starting from RM84,000 plus employer EPF and SOCSO contributions, AND
  • Benefits:
    • Medical.
    • Cell phone Allowance: RM1200 p.a.
    • Parking Rebate: RM 5760 p.a.
    • Training & CPD Allowance: RM5000 p.a.
    • ICT tools: Use of firm laptop computer.
    • Performance bonuses every 10 weeks. (eligible after the completion of 1 year at the firm)
