Career progression since TP?
Intern in TP after returning from UK (Bachelors degree), continued with CLP and called to the Bar in 2014. Started practicing in Zaid Ibrahim & Co (zico) and subsequently moved to a boutique litigation firm. Joined Bayer Co. (Malaysia) ‘s in house legal department as Law, Patents and Compliance counsel in 2016. Subsequently transferred to company headquarters Bayer AG (Germany) in 2018 as Legal Strategy Manager and Group Assistant General Counsel - till present.
Personal highlights?
The opportunity to relocate to Germany in 2018 as part of my career development.
The future…..?
Continue to focus on current job responsibilities with possibility of going home (Malaysia) after several years.
