INTERNET SCAM WARNING!

It has come to our attention that certain organisations or individuals have incorrectly stated that the firm of Thomas Philip, Advocates and Solicitors, represent them in facilitating visa or permit applications for their prospective employees. There have been other instances where certain individuals have misrepresented themselves to be lawyers of the firm in connection with the solicitation of funds. We have further become aware that whole sections of our website including lawyer profiles have been copied and reproduced on other websites without our authorisation, with some of these websites falsely claiming that our lawyers work at the law firms that they purport to represent.

We have taken steps to address this and police reports have been lodged accordingly.

We advise caution if you do receive any e-mails or telephone calls requesting personal information and documents or soliciting funds in the name of Thomas Philip and would urge you not to entertain any such requests. Please direct any enquiries or information to tp@thomasphilip.com.my
