Remuneration

The Firm is able to offer a remuneration package that consistently matches and commonly exceeds those of the largest firms in Malaysia. In addition to a competitive annual salary, we offer merit bonuses that reflect the performance of the Firm and the individual's contribution to our success. In recognition of the need for continued skill development we also pay professional fees and expenses for professional development courses and allowances for court attire to assist in off-setting the necessary expenses in a young lawyer's budding career.

TYPICAL REMUNERATION PACKAGES:

CHAMBERING STUDENT

  • Allowance of RM3,000 per month, plus Court Attire Allowance of RM 1000, upon call and retention as an Associate;
  • Other benefits: Use of firm laptop computer, plus annual professional development training allowance of RM1000.

ENTRY-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (0 - 1 Year Post Qualification Experience)

Average Remuneration Package of RM65,000 (terms and conditions apply) includes:

  1. Basic Annual Salary of RM48,000 plus employer EPF and SOCSO contributions, AND
  2. Benefits:
    • Medical.
    • Cell phone Allowance: RM1200 p.a.
    • Parking Rebate: RM 2400 p.a.
    • Training & Professional Development Courses Allowance: RM1000.
    • ICT tools: RM 1000 Blackberry subsidy, plus use of firm laptop computer.
    • 10-weekly performance bonuses, with potential yield of RM 12,000 (equivalent to 250% of monthly salary) p.a.
    • Further discretionary bonuses, based on merit.
